Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

IG-Smart Ltd wants everyone who visits www.ig-smart.com to be able to use it, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this website.

What we have checked

The website has been tested using automated tools and manual checks during development and before publication. These checks included:

  • Automated testing: Google Lighthouse accessibility scores of 100 on the pages tested, on mobile and desktop (October 2026).
  • Keyboard use: the main navigation, menus, forms, filters, the "On this page" bar and the Assurance Pathfinder can be operated using a keyboard. Focus is visible, and form errors and confirmations are announced.
  • Responsive design and zoom: pages were checked at narrow phone widths and at 200% browser zoom without sideways scrolling.
  • Structure: pages use headings, labelled form fields and descriptive link text, and expandable detail remains available to screen readers.
  • Motion: the website does not use heavy animation.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Automated scores and our own checks do not demonstrate full conformance, and the website has not been independently audited.

Known limitations

  • Some downloadable or requested documents may not be fully accessible. We can provide information in an alternative format on request.
  • Content on third-party websites we link to, such as regulators, is outside our control.
