Overview
Julia Andrade is Head of Client & Programme Success at IG-Smart and a key point of contact for clients, from scoping prospective engagements through to programme and project delivery. She helps ensure complex advisory and assurance engagements are well coordinated, clearly communicated and delivered around client requirements.
She works across practitioners, workstreams and client stakeholders to support programme planning, delivery quality, issue resolution and a consistently strong client experience — helping keep programmes aligned to agreed scope, client requirements and expected outcomes.
Having progressed from Project Success Co-Ordinator to Head of Client & Programme Success, Julia brings hands-on knowledge of IG-Smart's delivery model and more than eight years of experience working across multidisciplinary programmes, large and small, in the UK, Europe and the United States. That background gives her a practical understanding of how to keep engagements moving from agreed scope through to delivery and completion, while maintaining visibility across priorities, dependencies and next steps.
Outside work, Julia enjoys being outdoors with friends — surfing, snowboarding and skating.
