Credentials

What participants receive — and what they do not

Issued by IG-Smart

Certificate of attendance

Confirms a participant attended an IG-Smart session.

Issued by IG-Smart

Certificate of completion

Issued only where defined requirements — such as attendance and an assessed submission — are met.

Not issued by IG-Smart

External professional qualification

Awarded by an independent body, not by IG-Smart. Where you need one, we explain plainly what our programmes do and do not provide.

Attendance, satisfaction or improved confidence are not evidence of organisational compliance or proven operational competence.

Experience

Training delivered for demanding organisations

These engagements show our training experience. They are not purchases of these specific packages or endorsements of the fees shown.

Questions

Before you commission training

Is training priced per delegate?

No. Every fee is for a private corporate group. Participant numbers are included capacity, not minimum enrolment — you may run a session for fewer people at the same group fee.

What is the difference between standard and tailored?

Standard sessions use an established, approved module with a capped scoping call and standard materials. Tailored sessions add scenarios and exercises developed around your organisation. Both are delivered by a senior practitioner; tailored work simply involves more preparation.

How much tailoring is included?

Tailored packages adapt an established module to your terminology, sector context and selected scenarios. New curriculum, policy reviews, jurisdiction-specific research or extensive individual feedback are scoped and priced separately.

Do participants receive a qualification?

Participants can receive a certificate of attendance, or a certificate of completion where defined requirements are met. IG-Smart does not award an independently accredited qualification.

Are sessions recorded?

Not by default, because sessions often discuss sensitive organisational examples. Recording licences can be scoped separately.

Who delivers the training?

A senior IG-Smart practitioner with relevant expertise for the chosen track. The named trainer is confirmed when the engagement is scoped.
